Smarter queue detection & background sniping

• Queue join is detected from PvPTiers and MCTiers success messages (added, already in queue, joined) — sniping stops automatically and those ephemerals are never dismissed.
• Removed the tier-list / server picker; one unified flow for all Discord tier bots.
• Anti Rate Limit is off by default; Burst defaults to 20 ms and Steady (formerly Sustain) to 120 ms, with hover tooltips explaining each interval.
• Keep Discord Active helps Discord stay updated when Chrome is in the background, with extension-driven scheduling so sniping continues while you are tabbed into a game.
